Summary: Audio Merge Master is built for private audio workflows. We do not collect your recordings, imported audio files, merged exports, transcription text, or project content. We do not use advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs.
1. What Audio Merge Master Does
Audio Merge Master lets you record audio, import audio clips, merge multiple clips into one file, preview results, optionally transcribe recordings, and export finished audio through Apple system interfaces.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, upload, sell, rent, or share your audio recordings, imported files, merged exports, transcription text, filenames, project content, or listening activity.
3. On-Device Processing
Recording, audio merging, trimming, playback, preview generation, and export preparation are handled on your device. Your files leave the app only when you choose to share, export, save, or send them using Apple system features such as the share sheet or Files picker.
4. Speech Recognition
When you choose to transcribe audio, the app uses Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Depending on your device, language, iOS version, and Apple system availability, speech recognition may be processed on device or by Apple services. Apple handles speech recognition according to Apple's own privacy practices and system settings. Audio Merge Master does not receive, collect, or store speech data on developer servers.
5. Permissions
- Microphone: used only when you choose to record audio.
- Speech Recognition: used only when you choose to transcribe a recording.
- Files and sharing: Apple system pickers and share sheets may be used when you import or export files.
6. Purchases
Audio Merge Master Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple StoreKit. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Apple processes payment information; we do not receive your full payment card details.
7. No Ads, No Tracking
The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
8. Data Stored On Your Device
The app may store settings, purchase entitlement status, recordings, merged audio files, transcription results, and temporary export files on your device so the app can provide its features. You can delete app data from within the app where available or by deleting the app from your device.
9. EU, UK, And California Privacy Rights
Because Audio Merge Master does not collect personal data on developer servers, most privacy requests can be handled directly on your device by deleting files in the app or deleting the app itself. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal data. If you contact us through the support contact listed on the App Store product page, we will help explain what data, if any, we can access. In normal app use, we do not have access to your local audio files or transcripts.
10. Data Controller
For privacy laws that use this term, the data controller is the developer or seller listed for Audio Merge Master on the App Store product page.
11. Children's Privacy
Audio Merge Master is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
