ID Photo Master

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

In short: ID Photo Master processes your photos on your device.

We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal photos or videos. We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

ID Photo Master ("the App") is a portrait editing utility for resume photos, profile pictures, social avatars, background removal, print-layout preview, and PDF tools. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles information when you use it on iPhone or iPad.

The App is a personal photo editing tool. It does not provide official government photo services and does not guarantee that any exported image will be accepted by an employer, school, platform, or authority.

1. Who We Are

The App is published under the name ID Photo Master with bundle identifier com.nickgao.zhengjianen. For privacy questions, see Section 14 (Contact).

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data through the App. The App does not require an account, sign-in, email registration, or phone number to operate.

We do not operate developer-controlled servers that receive your photos, videos, cutout masks, face-region processing results, edit history, or exported files for processing, storage, advertising, analytics, or model training.

3. Photos, Videos, and Edited Content

When you import, capture, or select a photo or video, the App uses that media only to provide the feature you requested, such as:

Edited files are saved only when you choose to save or export them. If you save to Apple Photos, the file is stored in your Photos library under Apple's system controls and your device settings.

4. Face and Subject Processing

Some features use Apple on-device frameworks (such as Vision, Core Image, and AVFoundation) to temporarily detect faces, subject areas, segmentation masks, or similar visual regions. These temporary results help with portrait framing, cutout quality, and preview rendering.

5. App Permissions

The App requests system permissions only when needed:

You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Some features will not work without the relevant permission.

6. Local Storage on Your Device

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to developer servers. You can remove most local App data by deleting the App. Exported images or PDFs may remain in your Photos library or Files if you saved them there.

7. In-App Purchases

ID Photo Master Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (product ID: com.nickgao.zhengjianen.upgrade) processed by Apple through StoreKit.

Apple handles payment, taxes, refunds, and transaction records. We do not receive or store your credit card number, full billing details, Apple ID password, or Apple ID credentials.

8. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and Tracking

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, social login SDKs, or cross-app tracking tools.

According to our App Store privacy label and privacy manifest, the App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

If you tap a link that opens the App Store, Apple Photos, Files, Mail, or another Apple system feature, that external service is governed by Apple's or the third party's own policies.

9. Sharing, Sale, and Disclosure

Because we do not collect personal data through the App, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or profiling.

We may disclose information only if:

10. International Users

The App is designed to process content locally on your device. Because we do not collect personal data through the App, there is no routine transfer of your photos or personal information to developer servers in other countries.

If you contact us by email, your message may be stored on the email systems you and we use to communicate.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. Because the App does not collect personal data for routine operation, many data-access requests may not apply; we will still try to help with reasonable requests related to support correspondence.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when our practices change, or when legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
