Short version: Cat Pregnancy Helper stores your cat records on your device. We do not operate user accounts, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics.
Optional iCloud sync uses Apple CloudKit under your Apple ID. Optional AI insights use a network request only when you explicitly request analysis.
Cat Pregnancy Helper helps cat owners and breeders track pregnancy, health records, expenses, reminders, exports, and educational content. This Privacy Policy applies to users in the United States, Europe, and other regions where the app is available.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require an account and do not collect personal data for advertising or profiling. Information you enter—such as cat names, dates, weights, medical notes, expenses, and photos—is provided by you to use app features.
2. Local Storage
- App data is stored locally on your device by default.
- Exported PDF, CSV, or Excel files are created only when you choose to export or share them.
- Deleting the app removes local app data from your device.
3. iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you enable iCloud sync, pregnancy records, cat profiles, and expense data are stored in your iCloud account through Apple CloudKit. We do not receive direct access to your iCloud credentials or a separate copy of that data on developer servers.
4. Permissions
- Notifications: used for pregnancy and health reminders. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- Photos: used when you choose to add or save cat photos.
- Network: used for iCloud sync, App Store purchases, and optional AI analysis when you request it.
5. Optional AI Analysis
If you use AI insights, selected app data may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information you do not want processed for that request.
6. In-App Purchases
Cat Pregnancy Helper Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple StoreKit (product ID: com.nick.maoyunen.upgrade). Apple handles payment and transaction records. We do not receive your payment card details.

7. Third-Party Services
The app may use Apple services such as App Store, CloudKit, notifications, and system sharing. Optional AI requests may use a configured AI service provider. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
8. Your Choices
- Edit or delete records inside the app.
- Turn off notifications or iCloud sync at any time.
- Delete the app to remove local data.
9. Children
The app is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through support channels.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available from the app and linked privacy URL.
